Some pictures show us a preview of the new Sony Xperia J (ST26i), mid-range smartphone running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that the Japanese manufacturer could announce the end of next month, on the occasion of 'IFA 2012 in Berlin.
The data sheet for the Sony Xperia J, according to rumors emerged in recent weeks, will include a touchscreen WVGA-size 4-inch, 5 megapixel back camera with LED flash, HSPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and Qualcomm MSM7227 processor at 1 GHz .
