ipad2

As we speculated last month, the new version of the 'old' iPad 2 A5 chip based on 32nm architecture, has proven in comparison tests much better performance in terms of battery life model launched last year. A list Apple has left only the 16GB version of iPad 2, presenting it at a price of 519 or 399 euros depending on the presence or absence of 3G capabilities.
Apple has not advertised the adoption of the 32nm chips A5 (S5L8942) iPad 2, the new processor has the same performance as the model used until a few weeks ago, but it consumes much less ensuring a longer battery life and a temperature of operation of less than 1 degree. Very interesting article published by AnandTech, which provides a very detailed explanation about the specifics of chips used by Apple on iPhone OS devices.
